Ivanna and Gabby are extremely helpful and ensure that you’re comfortable with whatever it is you’re being seen for. Additionally, the office staff is the best in the business and work to ensure that you’re not only getting the necessary care, but that it’s done within your means. I appreciate everyone who works in this office and I think you will, too.

Dr. Dietrich and his whole team are great! Always extremely helpful and ready to make things as easy as possible. Dr. Dietrich exudes competence and it echoes throughout the whole staff.

What an extraordinary experience! We recently visited the Riverview Modern Dentistry office for the first time for a complex review of my wife’s dental issues. Our first impression was somewhat of disbelief when we noticed how young the members of the staff looked for what we considered an experience demanding profession. Everything changed when we started receiving attention from them. We were treated royally. We were impressed by their professionalism and understanding of the inherent stress normally associated with visits to the dentist. Although I’m not really into the current evaluation of services everywhere we go, I feel compelled to recognize the ambiance in this office. I will use the Care Team’s names because it’s only fair to do so. Everything started with the phone call to inquire about their availability for appointments and the coverage with our dental plan. Millie (Milagro) the Front Desk and Patient Portal Page setup answered the phone. She made sure we understood the requirements to complete the patient information package and offered additional options to complete the forms either online or at the office with individual support. Then we met Brittney, the Insurance & Health Care Coordinator when we arrived at the office as instructed. She was covering the front desk because it was, basically, lunch time. She patiently covered in detail our insurance coverage and bill payment options, coordination & setup to maximize our coverage and understand the different options available to cover our bill. Emely Garcia, the Hygienist, was the first to evaluate my wife in a very specific and detailed manner. She emphasized in my wife’s comfort during the whole evaluation. Dr. Kristina Hanhan arrived promptly and immediately made sure to relax and comfort the patient as she explained the detailed procedure she must complete and whatever additional procedures should follow for her wellbeing. April, the Dental Assistant followed doctor Hanhan and covered additional details of their availability for additional counselling and orientation as she felt necessary. Gabriela Giles, the CRDH Hygienist, affectionately known as Gabby, confirmed my wife was feeling well after the procedure and ensured she didn’t require additional attention before we left. I could go on but, the only thing I want to add is that we will recommend this practice to all my relatives and friends because of the extraordinary service we received. We’ll be back!
