I was very satisfied with my recent treatment at Riverview modern dentistry. I just happened to be searching for a new dentist and Dr. Dietrich and his staff have definitely checked all the boxes on my list. I found Dr. Dietrich to be very personable, knowledgeable and talented and more than willing to share his time, knowledge and advice with his patients. Moreover, Dr. Dietrich, as well as his entire staff, are very thoughtful, kind and generous and all work together seamlessly to see to your comfort, keep you fully informed, and ensure your treatment is a complete success. They are all true professionals and each highly skilled at their individual crafts. Gabby, the hygienist, did a fabulous job with my cleaning. I had fallen behind by more than a year and it was very obvious. Gabby’s work was very thorough, and she successfully brought me back up to date, as well as on the right track for the future. Misleidy, the dental assistant, was truly masterful with all required x-rays, planning, coordination, timing etc.., all while acting as Dr. Dietrich’s right hand in preparation for and delivery of my new crown. She accommodated all of my questions, concerns and requests without hesitation and was genuine and forthcoming with all of her responses. And from the insurance side of things, the office “guru” Brittany couldn’t be more helpful. She worked with Dr. Dietrich and within the bounds of my particular coverage to ensure minimal impact to me for any out-of-pocket costs, while also ensuring I still received the proper treatment. Lastly, Jessica the office manager, was both warm and welcoming and helped me feel right at home during my visit. And I would be remiss if I failed to add how Dr. Dietrich took the extra time and effort to personally ensure the color, contouring, and gloss level of my new crown matched my exact expectations. Again, I would just like to say that I couldn’t be more pleased with Dr. Dietrich and the entire team at Riverview Modern Dentistry.
